Fresh, tasty and affordable food is hard to find in Sydney, but we offer just that! Our home delivery and catering is always on time, always fresh, presented perfectly, and will never disappoint!
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within 25km of the Sydney CBD. This covers most the Sydney region. If you are unsure if we deliver to you, please call us on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a delivery fee?
All orders over $100.00 will receive free delivery . For orders under $100.00, there is a $15.00 delivery fee.
Can I get a quote instead of ordering online?
Of course. We are more than happy to put together a quote for you to make sure you are completely satisfied before making the order. Please email at email@example.com us or call us at (02) 9252 1982.
How do I order?
There are three options!
What is your cut off time to order?
Ideally we would appreciate having all orders placed by 4pm the day before, however we understand last minute orders are necessary from time to time, and we will always try and best accommodate your needs!
Can you do last minute orders?
We sure can! If you have a last minute order, please call us on (02) 9252 1982 and we will work out what we can do.
I don’t know how much to order – can you help?
It’s sometimes tricky to decide how much to order, especially when you haven’t ordered from us before! Feel free to email or call us and we can give you some suggestions and help tailor make an order for you.
Do you cater for people with dietaries and allergens?
We will package these items separately with labels so you know what is what.
We do our utmost best to ensure your catering is allergens free, however we cannot guarantee this as our kitchen may contain traces of these ingredients.
Can I collect the order?
Certainly! Let us know what time and day you would like to collect and we will have it ready and waiting for you from either our Sydney CBD or North Sydney stores. When you order online, you can simply select the option of collection.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. However we do have some restrictions around this:
- Cancellations after 3pm for orders for the next business day incur a 50% fee of the total invoice.
- Cancellations on the same day will incur full charge and no refund.
I’m interested in your corporate catering, can I get samples first?
We would love to stop by with some tasty samples. This is a great way for you to meet our team, ask as many questions, and try the food before you buy the food! Feel free to email or call us to arrange this.
Can I set up an account with you with credit terms instead of paying online?
If you process ongoing orders, we can usually set up an account for you! Please contact us on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can process your request.
